ORIGINE OF THE NAME :

            The name of « Rin du Bois » comes from a deformation of an old language of Sologne area.

CRÉATION DATE :

            The “Domaine du Rin du Bois” was created in 1969 after a renewal from encepagement undertaken the 8 to 10 years before. This made it possible to work out wines of qualities starting from new type of vines adapted better to the production of Classified Wines Controlled.

         

HEAD OF COMPANY:

                Pascal Jousselin was installed on the “Domaine” in 1988 with his parents. Since 1994 he manages only the farm and provides the functions of the production and the trade. He is now assisted by his wife Patricia.
