Their qualities are explained also the soft climate, the nature of the grounds, but especially by our knowledge to make in constant evolution, implemented during the wine making.      

 For a few years, we practise the culture reasoned in ours vines, for respecting the environment, and of answering waiting of the consumers who want products of quality without danger to health (for a reasonable consumption). So, in the case of the health protection of the vineyard, our objectives are as follows:

• Regular study of the diseases and devastating insects of the vineyard.
• Intervention only if harvest is endangered, and at time of maximum sensibility.
• Use with tiny amount of respectful products of fauna and flora.
• Progressive abolition of employment of weeding chemical with objective to use some more, with the profit of the work of the ground and the putting under grass.
