RED WINE AOC TOURAINE

         I – Origines :

                               - Type of vine               : Cabernet franc
                               - Grounds                     : Argile à silex
                               - Cut                               : Guyot
                               - Yield                             : 55 hectolitres/hectare

II – Wine making :

The vintage is destemed and put in thermo-adjusted tanks. Time of tanking is 10 to 15 days according years.

III – Conservation :

Conservation in tank, bottled at « Domaine » in September.

IV – Gustatory appréciation  :

Red Colour dark ruby with nuances garnet. This wine is at the same time powerful and harmonious. The flavours are complex and long. In mouth it leaves an impression of plenitude because of its richness and its frame.

V – Behaviour and conservation  :

The wine is best after 6 to 8 months after. It will be maintained there with a evolution of the tannin  softening with ageing. It will keep its flavour typified during a few years.
