In the vines, work of size continues (they will finish at middle of March), the bits are cut, only a rod is kept. It will be attached on a wire. The deadwood is removed and put on the ground. It will be crushed, bringing nutritive and natural elements to the vine.

The cold time is not ended, a structured wine as « Les Charmilles » will accompany winter dishes with warmth.
